Janice Vo

Janice Vo has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role was as an Operations Growth Manager at r.Cup, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Event Planner at Priceless Festival in June and July 2022. From 2019 to 2021, Janice served as a Customer Experience & Product Support Specialist at BlackBird. Janice also worked as a Patient Care Specialist at Alto Pharmacy from November 2017 to October 2018.

Janice's earlier experience includes roles at Boston Children's Hospital, where they worked as a Patient Experience Representative and an Associate Patient Experience Representative, being involved in patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and attending various health policy seminars. Janice also served as a Clinic Experience Coordinator at Column Health, overseeing clinic operations and providing patients with resources.

Prior to this, Janice worked as a Third Party Reviewer at Partners HealthCare, performing health insurance claim status follow-up communications and managing patient account data.
