Based on work with more than 100 schools, R.E.A.L. Discussion is a research-informed, practice-proven, academically-anchored program that equips students with the conversation skills they need to learn, lead, and live in our rapidly changing, complex world. Even as AI and automation open new possibilities for innovation, they cannot replace what makes us most human: the ability to connect through authentic, face-to-face conversations. R.E.A.L. protects and cultivates the defining human advantage by equipping students to listen deeply, think critically, and speak with clarity and purpose in real-time and real-life.
