R Family is our small “family VC” and studio, where we back and build the ideas we truly believe can change how the digital world works. It’s not a fund in the traditional sense, but a shared vehicle for our time, capital and energy across a few carefully chosen projects.

Today, our main focus is on two portfolio companies: AesirX, a privacy-first data infrastructure company building first-party consent and analytics stacks for global compliance, and R Digital, a privacy-first digital agency operating between Denmark, the USA and Vietnam. Around these, we incubate a small number of early-stage concepts that share the same values: open source, decentralisation, privacy-by-design and meaningful, long-term impact.

R Family exists for work we are willing to commit to for years, not quarters – projects where we can combine deep technical experience, open source culture and a belief that everyone should be included in the next generation of the web.
