Dan Gresham

Dan Gresham is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organisational development and leadership coaching. Currently serving as the Director of Global Learning at Kearney since April 2015, Gresham focuses on enhancing personal and organisational effectiveness through innovative interventions and executive coaching. As a Fellow at The RSA since November 2023, Gresham engages in creative collaborations aimed at advancing regenerative leadership practices. Dan Gresham also owns and directs Dan Gresham Consulting, providing executive coaching and transformative forums for organisational change. Previously, Gresham held senior roles at PwC, where significant contributions were made to culture development and leadership training. Gresham’s educational background includes a B.Sc. in Information Systems from the University of Leeds and a Master’s in Organisational Development from Middlesex University, along with an ACA qualification from ICAEW.
