The company was incorporated in Liberia in 1998 and established its headquarters in Athens, Greece pursuant to the provisions of Greek Law 89/67 focusing on the vegoil and molasses trade lanes originating from the Black and Azov sea(s) regions.

At the end of 2008 the company took advantage of the depressed freight market by chartering-in a series of Handy-sized oil-product tankers on its own account. These vessels were then traded on the spot market over their charter period and outperformed the prevailing period market.



Today the company’s main focus is expanding its managed and time-chartered-in fleet of oil-products and LPG tanker(s).
