Jyoti Dash has over two decades of experience in operations and process excellence, currently serving as GM - Operations at R Systems since January 2011, focusing on business consulting and performance improvement through Speech Analytics, BI tools, and Data Sciences. Prior roles at R Systems include AGM - Operations, Service Delivery Leader, and various managerial positions in process excellence. Previously, Jyoti Dash worked at Exl Service Pvt Ltd from July 2003 to December 2010, advancing from Quality Compliance Analyst to Assistant Manager - Process Excellence, responsible for quality management and compliance initiatives.
