Prior to that, James worked as an Engineering Manager at Affco Machine Sales, Inc. from February 2012 to January 2014 and as a New Product Development Manager at Hurco Companies, Inc. from May 2007 to February 2012. James holds an MBA in Operations & Finance from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
