Michael Lyons, MBA, CPA, currently serves as SVP Finance & CFO of Revenue Performance Solutions at R1 RCM, a position held since February 2023. Previously, Michael was Vice President of Finance & Corporate CFO at Change Healthcare from October 2018 to February 2023, where responsibilities included financial analysis, investor relations, and leading a corporate finance organization. Notable achievements include overseeing FP&A, capital investments, and driving valuation analyses for mergers.
