Terry Platis

Terry Platis serves as the Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors at R1 RCM since August 2013, providing comprehensive legal counsel in the healthcare revenue cycle management sector, with a focus on M&A, strategic transactions, business development, SEC reporting, and corporate governance. Prior to joining R1 RCM, Terry held the position of Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from October 2003 to August 2013, specializing in structuring and negotiating complex business transactions for private equity and public company clients, as well as offering guidance on corporate governance matters. Terry earned a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Northwestern University.
