Daniel Santos

Daniel Santos is the Chief Executive Officer of R2 Ventures. They previously served as Senior Vice President at R2 Ventures from 2017 to 2020 and as a Senior Vice President at Red Ventures from 2017 to 2024. Their career includes a role as Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company (2011–2017) and positions such as Market Analyst/PEE at Embraer (2005–2007) and Shared Services Planning Analyst at Vale (2009). They have served as a Board Member of Consumidor Positivo since 2023. They earned a BS from The University of Texas at Austin in 2003, a BS from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2000–2004), a Technical High School diploma from COLTEC (1995–1998), an MBA from INSEAD (2010), and a Specialization from ITA (2005–2006).
