R2R Fulfillment is a specialist 3PL partner for footwear brands. Based in Manchester, we’re built from the ground up to serve the culture — not just the category.

Where traditional warehouses fall short, we go deep. Our fulfilment model is engineered for the unique pressures of product catalogue, operations and the speed of DTC. We don’t just ship boxes — we protect brand reputation, unlock margins, and move at the pace of the customer.

Founded by Noah Alabi, a reseller-turned-operator who saw a gap in the UK market, R2R Fulfilment combines street-level insight with operational rigour. In just three years, we’ve dispatched over 90,000 parcels for several top e-commerce brands.

Every inch of our service — from systems to shelving — is designed around three core values:
	•	Relentlessness – every parcel gets personal accountability
	•	Optimisation – no wasted time, space, or motion
	•	Precision – accuracy and service are non-negotiable
