Patrick Nissen

Patrick Nissen is a seasoned professional in hydrographic surveying and technical sales, currently serving as Senior Technical Sales & Support at R2Sonic since May 2023 and as Technical Sales Engineer at EdgeTech Marine since December 2021. With extensive experience, Nissen has held positions such as Senior Hydrographic Surveyor at Teledyne-Reson, Inc. since February 2012, Hydrographic Surveyor at Fugro West Inc from June 2008 to February 2012, Military Hydrographer with the Fleet Survey Team from August 2005 to May 2008, and Division Officer aboard USS Harper's Ferry (LSD-49) from September 2003 to August 2005. Nissen holds a Bachelor of Science in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy, and a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from American University.
