Jon Farley

Jon Farley has extensive experience in technology leadership and management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at R3 Digital, Farley has held significant positions such as Director of Technology and Interim CIO at The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association, and acted in an Interim Programme Assurance role at Mitie Communities. Prior experience includes key roles at Serco as CIO for UK&E and Transformation Director for Strategic Programmes, as well as serving as SAP Programme Manager at Rolls-Royce through DXC Technology. Jon Farley holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kent and a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the same institution.
