R3 Venture Studio is co-creating the future of Restaurants, Rockstars & Retail.

We build talent-backed, taste-making, one-of-one brands.

A full-service investment + development platform for food-first brands with something unique to say.

The R3 Platform: Like how a meal is more than the sum of its ingredients, and how influence is more than the sum of its content, R3 is more than the sum of its capital: reimagining yesterday’s Chef-as-Brand model for tomorrow’s cultural vanguards.

Timeless Originality: By combining remarkable brand equities with peerless unit-level economics - and then raising it all to the power of stardom - R3 is able to scale and sustain each concept’s originality.

Direct Investment with Direct Involvement: Brand, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Operations, Franchising, Real Estate, Development, F&B Studio, People, Accounting.

HQ: Los Angeles . D.C . New York . London .
