Rahat K. is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in partnering with early-stage and high-growth startups. Currently, Rahat serves as the People Experience Lead for APAC & UAE at R3, focusing on employee experience and performance management. Previously, Rahat was the Senior Manager of Human Resources at River, where they significantly scaled the workforce from 2 to over 300 employees in two years. With a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management from The University of Manchester, Rahat has also held roles at GSK and Cochlear, enhancing talent assessments and workforce planning strategies.
