Welcome to R360, a peer-to-peer network of extraordinary leaders stewarding family enterprises that thrive through life's transitions. If you're a visionary leader, eager to shape a flourishing future for your family and make a global impact, R360 welcomes you.

Let peer-led wisdom guide you as you steer your family and business through life's intricacies, crafting an enduring legacy. Bound by shared values, we channel our wealth and engage in succession planning for a brighter future, one that our children and the world can inherit with pride. Our vision? To spark a movement where wealth creators become legendary forces for change.

Whether you're charting a new course after selling a business or protecting multi-generational wealth, our member-led community transforms challenges into avenues for growth and enrichment. Leading your loved ones through life's significant milestones—college, first jobs, marriages, and grandchildren—your wealth evolves into a multi-faceted family enterprise. At R360, we believe wealth is more than money. It’s a rich tapestry woven from six distinct strands of capital: Financial, Intellectual, Social, Human, Emotional and Spiritual.

While navigating all six can be daunting, you're not in this journey alone. In joining R360, you enter a 15-member circle of exceptional peers and an expert Chair, acting as your family enterprise advisors.
The soul of R360 is the time you save—time freed up by reshaping formidable tasks into manageable ones, harmonizing complex family dynamics with effortless ease.

Today we proudly count over 100 members, each leading a family enterprise valued on average at $400 million. This isn't privilege; it's responsibility. We are curating a global force of 1,000 families, each chosen for their demonstrated spirit of generosity and entrepreneurial grit, united as a force for good to tackle the world's greatest challenges and leave an enduring impact on humanity and the health of our planet.
