R84 Multifactory Mantua was born within the overall context of conversion of IES areas and vacant spaces including offices and craft spaces with the purpose of establishing new and existing businesses. Osun WES - the owner company of the intervention model is behind the founding of R84 Multifactory Mantova and it is the initiator of the project of R84 Multifactory Mantova. Osun WES operates in compliance with the agreements made with the property, with the local government authorities and the social partners within the project of re-industrialization of the ex-IES.
