Ken Russell has been in the digital technology and banking industry for over 35 years. Ken began their career in 1984 as a Programmer and Loan Administrator at American Bank Mankato. In 1987, they moved to FIS as a Program Manager, where they were responsible for building a 30+ member team of programmers and business analysts to develop and support a new Financial Authorization system. In 1996, they became an Engagement Manager at ADS, Inc., where they managed sales and delivery of consulting engagements and developed the strategy and methodology for the company's Year 2000 Line of Business. In 2002, they joined ACI Worldwide as a Director of Professional Services, where they had delivery and consulting sales management responsibility for the company's professional services organization. In 2006, they became a Partner and Managing Director at Management Consulting. Finally, in 2009, they founded and became President of R88, Inc., a digital transformation company leveraging technological innovation for banking and financial services.

Ken Russell received their 12th degree from Mankato West in 1983. Ken then attended the Mankato Vocational Technical Institute from 1983 to 1986 and obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Science. Ken also attended Minnesota State University, Mankato from 1984 to 1986, where they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Science.
