Raaha is a modern wellbeing and community movement based in Koregaon Park, Pune, focused on nervous system regulation, recovery and sustainable human functioning in an increasingly demanding world.

Designed as a pause within the city, Raaha brings together evidence-informed wellness practices, restorative experiences and meaningful human connection to support clarity, resilience, emotional wellbeing and long-term performance.

At its core, Raaha believes wellness is not a luxury or occasional escape. It is essential infrastructure for modern life. As urban environments become faster, more stimulating and emotionally demanding, Raaha creates accessible spaces for recovery, self-awareness and regulation before burnout, exhaustion and disconnection take hold.

Through experiences rooted in breath, movement, stillness, sensory recovery and community, Raaha supports individuals in building healthier relationships with stress, energy, focus and everyday living.

Raaha also partners with corporates, communities and institutions to design wellbeing experiences and workplace wellness programs that support emotional resilience, recovery, clarity, sustainable performance and healthier work cultures.

The Raaha ecosystem includes :
