Samidha is currently pursuing a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, expected to graduate in 2025. They are serving as the Assistant Manager of Operations & Strategy at Raam Group, where they also hold the position of Next Gen Leader at Mercedes. Their previous roles include an INSPIRE Summer Internship at TATA Steel and various internships, including at Goldman Sachs and as a Research Intern at NIT Rourkela. Samidha's leadership skills are further demonstrated through their role as Chairperson of ASME NIT Rourkela and as a Program Event Coordinator for Innovision NIT Rourkela.
