Cssgb Bibbin Abraham

Bibbin Abraham, CSSGB, is an accomplished Manufacturing Engineer with substantial experience in leading product introductions and enhancing operational efficiency. At RAB Lighting since September 2016, Bibbin has overseen the launch of over 15 new products, generating more than $70 million in annual revenue, and has improved cycle time by 38% at a new facility. Prior to this role, Bibbin served as a Junior Engineer at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation, where responsibilities included updating engineering documentation and converting drawings to AutoCAD. Bibbin also worked as a Quality Engineer at Crestron Electronics, significantly enhancing product yield and reducing defects through successful continuous improvement initiatives.
