Eric Wen has extensive experience in power electronics and lighting technologies, currently serving as Power Electronics Architect/Manager at RAB Lighting since April 2018. In this role, Eric oversees the AIoT power electronics platform architecture, leads research on advanced technologies like wide bandgap semiconductors and EV charging solutions, and manages teams for product development and lifecycle management. Eric is also a Senior Member of IEEE and holds significant positions within the China Institute of Electronics and the China Power Supply Society, showcasing expertise in project management, technical consultancy, and training in the field. Prior work experience includes positions at Signify, Motorola Mobility, and Opple Lighting, focusing on smart lighting systems and LED electronics. Eric holds a Master's degree in Power Electronics from Xiangtan University.
