Frederick Hering

Frederick Hering is a seasoned Senior Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the lighting industry, currently serving at RAB Lighting since September 2022. Prior to this role, Frederick held similar positions at Overwatch, LLC, and Juno Lighting Group, contributing to mechanical engineering and design. Frederick began their career as a Design Engineer at Signify and progressed through various roles, including New Product Development Engineer at ODL, Inc. Frederick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, graduating in 2010.
