Glen Oross has extensive experience in industrial design, user experience, and sustainability advocacy. Glen currently holds the position of Director of Industrial Design and User Experience - Sustainability Advocate at RAB Lighting since August 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Industrial Design at Arlo Technologies, Inc. from November 2018 to August 2019. Glen also served as the Experience Design Director at VeriFone from May 2013 to August 2019, where they directed all design efforts and developed a new product brand strategy. Before that, they worked as the Design Manager at Hewlett-Packard from August 2012 to April 2013 and as the Design Director at Altec Lansing from January 2011 to May 2012. Glen started their career as a Designer at Mercenary Design in 2000 and worked there until April 2012. Glen has also held significant design positions at Huawei, Kyocera Wireless, Hewlett-Packard, and Motorola, where they contributed to the design and development of various products.

From 1992 to 1995, Glen Oross attended Brigham Young University where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Industrial and Product Design.
