Mike Merrick

Mike Merrick has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Mike currently serves as the Director of Operations at RAB Lighting since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Target as a CI Manager from April 2021 to March 2022. Previously, Mike spent many years at RAB Lighting, holding positions such as Customer Experience Manager (April 2019 to March 2021), Lean Manager (April 2016 to March 2019), Project Manager & Lean Facilitator (August 2014 to March 2016), Buyer (April 2012 to July 2014), and Operations Associate (June 2008 to March 2012).

Mike Merrick has a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Mike also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management. Mike has obtained certifications in Supply Chain Management, including Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) in August 2016, and Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) in May 2015 from APICS.
