Pete On

Pete On is an accomplished Experience Designer at RAB Lighting since March 2020, with a strong background in service design and user experience. Previously, Pete held the role of Service Design & User Experience Sr Manager at Vivint Smart Home from October 2017 to March 2020, where strategic vision and leadership were provided for customer experiences, including the creation of customer personas. As Principal Industrial Designer at Verifone from April 2015 to October 2017, Pete led cross-functional design teams and implemented new design processes. Co-founding Novos LLC in June 2013, Pete invented and patented Peels, a targeted application solution for essential oils. Additional experience includes roles as Industrial Design Consultant at MindFlow Design and Senior Director of Design at skinit. Prior positions included Senior Industrial Designer at Hewlett Packard, Kyocera Wireless, and HP, contributing to notable design innovations and product developments. Pete On holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Brigham Young University.
