Don Mallory

Don Mallory is a Senior Software Engineer currently employed at Rabbet since May 2024, with a robust background in software development. Previous roles include Full Stack Engineer positions at Arcade and Zeus Living, where Don utilized Ruby on Rails, JavaScript frameworks like React, and technologies such as Elixir and Python. Prior to transitioning into technology, Don held various positions in the hospitality industry, including Bar Director at Mister Jiu's LLC, where a cocktail program was overhauled, and Bar Manager at Rich Table, focused on creating a seasonal cocktail menu.
