Will Mitchell

Will Mitchell is currently the CEO at Rabbet. Will has also previous experience as a venture intern at DreamIt Ventures, where they were responsible for raising the venture fund, reengineering the portfolio metric tracking system, and redesigning the pitch deck. In addition, they have also served as a project manager at Washington Property Company and Kettler, Inc., and an assistant project manager at Charron Consulting.

Will Mitchell has always had a passion for entrepreneurship and building companies. This led him to co-found Renovate Simply in November 2013, where they served as the CEO until December 2016. It was during their time as CEO of Renovate Simply that Will developed a strong interest in the construction industry and how to make the process of renovating homes simpler for everyone involved.

In July 2006, Will started their career as an assistant project manager at Kettler, Inc. and then moved on to become a project manager at Charron Consulting in July 2008. Will then left Charron Consulting in June 2011 to join Washington Property Company as a project manager. Will left Washington Property Company in July 2013 to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams and start Renovate Simply.

Will Mitchell holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Texas McCombs School of Business, where they specialized in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial studies. Will also holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia, where they minored in structural engineering and architectural history.
