Shereen Khaled has worked in various roles since 2017. Shereen began their career as a Sales and Marketing Specialist and an Admin Assistant at a Real Estate Brokerage Group. In 2020, they joined FedEx as a Customer Service Import & Export, where they handled customer calls related to tracking, pickup requests and FedEx services, approved bookings, and solved shipments problems. In 2022, they joined ACMA for Chemicals and Mining as a Logistics Specialist and Rabbit as a Customer Experience and Live Operations Specialist. In their roles, Shereen was responsible for providing professional answers by telephone and email, providing quotations and calculating shipping/handling charges, communicating order updates to customers, and managing complete door to door Air/Sea shipments from origin to delivery.

Shereen Khaled attended the Canadian International College from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a GPA of 3.72. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Human Resources Fundamentals from the Human Capital Community. Shereen also holds a certification in English from the British Council.
