David Juba is an experienced professional in transit planning and community engagement. Since June 2014, David has served as the Planning Manager at rabbittransit, overseeing the Planning team and supporting major transit projects while engaging with public and regional planning partners. Previously, as a Transit Analyst, David focused on data analysis and compliance reporting related to key performance indicators in public transportation. Prior roles include Youth Center Director at York Suburban Youth Center, where David programmed youth activities and managed volunteers, and Resident Assistant at Shippensburg University, responsible for designing student programs and ensuring resident well-being. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2013.
