Aart de Boon is the owner of Boon-us coaching, where they focus on coaching and training in career issues, competency development, and team development. They served as a team manager at EMN Expertise from 2006 to 2015 and held various roles at Nationale Nederlanden from 1987 to 2006, including wnd manager of the technical field service. Aart was a board member at Stichting Register Arbeidsdeskundigen from 2000 to 2010 and is currently a member of the Ledenraad at Rabobank. They are also involved with the certification institution Hobeon/SKO as a member of the College van Deskundigen and volunteer on the sailing ship Eendracht.
