Alvaro Ma has extensive experience in finance and investment, having held various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Key positions include Head of Planning at Prymera - Caja de ahorro y crédito, Controller for Corporate Internal Audit at Philips, and Associate Director in the Financial Institutions Group at Rabobank. Alvaro also served as a Global Senior Investment Officer at Oikocredit and as an Impact Finance Manager at Aqua for All. Academic qualifications include an MBA and MSc in Financial Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, along with advanced executive education from Harvard Business School. Alvaro obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico.
