Annick Beekmans

Annick Beekmans has extensive experience in leadership and analytics, currently serving as Area Lead for Generic Infrastructure Services at Rabobank from June 2022 to September 2025, where responsibilities include shaping the vision and strategy for core banking infrastructure. Previously, in the role of Expert Lead for Customer Analytics, Annick led a team of 15 FTE focused on customer communications data and managed transitions during organizational changes. Annick also held the position of Lead for the Tech Support Office, overseeing the establishment of a new support team. Earlier experience includes advising a partner bank on IT product development processes at NMB PLC, and handling international courier services with the OBC Team. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Business Studies focusing on International Leadership and Management, and a Bachelor's in Social Sciences, both from the University of Amsterdam.
