Bart Steurs

Bart Steurs currently serves as an Area Leadership Coach at Rabobank since June 2023. With extensive experience in agile methodologies, Bart has held positions including Agile Coach and Account Delivery Manager at IBM since September 2007. Previous roles include Agile Coach at UCB and BASF, Agile Coach at Belfius, and Agile Project Manager at Toyota Motor Europe. Bart has also worked as a Scrum Master at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and has significant experience at Rabobank in various capacities related to Siebel CRM. Bart's career began at Ricoh Europe as an Oracle EBS Service Contracts Consultant and included a position as a Communication & Web specialist at Siemens. Bart holds a Master’s degree in Communication & Multimediadesign from Katholieke Hogeschool Limburg.
