Bas Moreu

Bas Moreu is currently the General Director of Hollandsch Welvaren Communicatie BV and a Partner at Endeavour, where they focus on enhancing communication between local governments and citizens. Their extensive experience includes founding and leading several creative agencies, being an Executive Creative Director at TBWA\TEQUILA\ Malaysia, and serving as Creative Director at various firms. Moreu has held positions in multiple organizations, such as the Rabobank as Chair of the Members' Council and a member of the Supervisory Board. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from the Willem de Kooning Academy Rotterdam after completing their secondary education at Sint Nicolaas Lyceum.
