Bediya U. has experience in the banking and insurance sectors, having worked at Rabobank since 2009, where they progressed from a Sales and Service Advisor to a CDD Analyst. At Rabobank Regio Eindhoven, they served as a Team Coach before taking on their current role as a CDD Analyst. Bediya's earlier experience includes positions at Veldsink Groep and Bastian & Visser, where they focused on customer relations and administrative support. They have pursued continuous education in banking and other fields since 2006, complementing their academic background in Personnel Management and Organizational Consultancy from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven.
