Bert Kloosterman

Bert Kloosterman currently serves as a Product Owner for Data Enablement at Rabobank since October 2025. Previously, from September 2020 to September 2025, Bert worked at de Volksbank as a Product Owner for Customer Analytics, where the focus was on driving the analytics strategy within the commercial domain and leading a multidisciplinary team. Bert's experience also includes roles as a Data Scientist, where responsibilities involved managing adaptive machine learning models and ensuring collaboration with compliance and privacy experts, and as a Management Trainee and Data Scientist, combining technical projects with strategic assignments for executive management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Marketing Intelligence and a Bachelor of Business Administration, both from respected institutions in the Netherlands.
