Cecil Rump has extensive experience in employee benefits and business development within the insurance sector. Currently serving as Manager Employee Benefits at Rabobank since December 2024, Cecil previously held managerial positions at Raetsheren from June 2018 to December 2024, overseeing business development and employee benefits. Prior to that, Cecil worked at Meijers Assurantiën BV for a decade, rising to Senior Account Manager in employee benefits and advising on risk management solutions.
