David McAleer

David McAleer is an experienced executive with a strong background in strategy execution and change management. Currently serving as Executive Director of the Strategy Execution Office at Rabobank since June 2018, David leads various initiatives, including the implementation of a global HRIS solution for 40,000 users. Previous roles include Founder of Organisational Change Management Limited and multiple positions at Rabobank, GSK, Lloyd's, TUI, Rolls-Royce, and Severn Trent, where David specialized in business change, organizational design, and project management. David holds a BA in Ancient History and Classical Literature from the University of Birmingham.
