Ellen Hirsch

Ellen Hirsch is the VP and Senior Recruiter at Rabobank North America, bringing over 20 years of expertise in full life cycle recruiting across various levels, from entry to executive. They previously served as a Senior Recruiter at Success Academy Charter Schools and held roles such as Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter and Recruiting Manager at AIG and KPMG, respectively. Ellen specializes in building strong partnerships with hiring managers while implementing strategic and cost-effective recruiting methods. They are currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at New York University, having also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Vassar College.
