Els Backx

Els Backx is currently a Commissaris at Rabobank and has served as Bestuursvoorzitter at Museum Krona and Compass Uden since 2014. In their earlier career, Els coordinated efforts at Stichting VluchtelingenWerk Uden and held management positions at several organizations, including VluchtelingenWerk Nederland. With a background in integration and leadership within refugee support services, Els also completed educational programs in financial management and community engagement. Their extensive experience spans over three decades in various roles focused on social support and community service.
