Frank Jansen is the founder of AzoLem, established in 2023, focusing on improving livestock welfare in the Netherlands. They served as a Global Learning & Development Leader at EY in 2007, creating a global training curriculum for Business Tax Services, and held various senior tax management roles, specializing in advising Asian investors and Dutch businesses. Prior to founding AzoLem, Jansen was a Tax Director for Asia Pacific at ASML from 2016 to 2020. They have also owned Wilson's Farm in the Philippines since 2016 and currently serve on multiple advisory councils for Rabobank. Jansen holds a Master's degree in Tax Law and a Master's degree in Economics from Tilburg University.
