Fred Gonfiantini

Fred Gonfiantini has extensive experience in financial management and oversight across prominent institutions. Currently serving as Managing Director and U.S. Regional Controller at Rabobank since October 2015, Fred previously held the position of Managing Director at AIG, overseeing finance workstreams for the Fed Readiness Program from October 2012 to October 2015. Prior to AIG, Fred worked as a Consultant at Tatum Consulting, LLC, where recommendations for MIS reporting and improved accounts payable processes were implemented. Fred’s career at Morgan Stanley spanned from January 1987 to March 2012, culminating in roles as Managing Director and Global Head of Regulatory and Legal Entity Controllers, along with responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer for both Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Morgan Stanley Bank. Fred holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Long Island University and a BS in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Mercy University.
