Gaston Badoux has been an entrepreneur in artisanal food since 2012, founding Kistje vol Smaak! and owning Molen de Roos since 2015, along with launching Bij de Roos in 2022. Molen de Roos, a historic windmill in Delft, has been revived for traditional milling and serves as a venue for visitors to purchase flour and enjoy meals. Prior to their entrepreneurial journey, Gaston worked for several large companies, gaining experience in process management, team leadership, and business planning. Currently, Gaston serves on the boards of Stichting Blauwe Rozen and Stichting Stunt, and is a member of the Rabobank members' council. Gaston completed their education at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam.
