Henk Baars

Henk Baars is a Senior Security, Governance, and Risk specialist with extensive experience in Information Risk Management, Security Engineering, and compliance with various standards such as ISO27001 and NIST CSF. They hold certifications in CISSP, CISM, and CISA, and have worked for notable organizations including Rabobank, Shell, and the European Commission. Henk has a strong technical background in UNIX environments and has contributed to the design and implementation of security policies and controls. They are currently employed as a Senior Security Engineer at Rabobank and also hold a position as an Enterprise Security Architect at UWV. Henk earned a Doctoral degree in Geophysics from Universiteit Utrecht.
