Irina Ailenei

Irina Ailenei is currently the Head of Cybersecurity Risk Management at Rabobank, where they lead efforts in cybersecurity strategy. With over 13 years of experience in the field, Irina has previously held senior roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., including Head of CISO Security Assurance and Product Owner for the Azure Platform. They have also served as Division Security Officer at Delta Lloyd and as a Senior Consultant with Deloitte Nederland. Irina's background in managing cybersecurity teams and risk assessments is complemented by a degree from Technische Universiteit Eindhoven.
