James Bastow has extensive experience in database management and team leadership, having worked at Rabobank International from 2007 to 2019 as both DBA Project Team Leader and Databases Team Leader, as well as serving as Scrum Master. Prior to this role, James Bastow held a managerial position at Merrill Lynch from October 2000 to October 2007 and provided support at Natwest from 1993 to 2000.
