Jason Yan is currently the Executive Director and Senior Counsel at Rabobank, a role held since 2016, and also serves as General Counsel at Rabo Securities USA, Inc. since 2020. They obtained a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University from 1996 to 2000 and later earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Fordham Law School between 2002 and 2005. Jason graduated from Stuyvesant High School in 1996.
