Johan Tilemans is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service delivery and monitoring solutions. Currently serving as the Service Delivery Manager for the Control Room Global at Rabobank IT since January 2022, Johan previously held various roles within Rabobank ICT from 1996 to 2000, including Solution Engineer and Control Room Analyst, where responsibilities included implementing monitoring solutions and coordinating incident responses. Earlier career positions included System Administrator and AS-400 Operator at The Greenery and Head of Administration/System Administrator at Luijckx Chocolade B.V. Johan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business IT & Management from Avans University of Applied Sciences, as well as a degree in Bedrijfsinformatica.
