Lale Cimsit is currently the IT Area Lead for Rabobank, overseeing the engineering journey since 2025. Previously, Lale served as an ICT-manager at Nationale-Nederlanden from 2021 to 2025 and as a Business Change Manager at Achmea in 2018-2019. Lale's extensive experience includes roles such as Release Manager and Change Manager at Achmea, Operations Coordinator, and Insurance Consultant at Interpolis from 2010 to 2014. Lale earned a Master's degree from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam and holds an MBA from TSM Business School, acquired between 2012 and 2015.
